Small is beautiful: communications are always handled by Nick himself. Instructions are carefully implemented personally or passed to the individual concerned, then double checked. Nick oversees all the work done and ensures standards are the highest. Nothing is uploaded or delivered without his personal inspection and approval.
Lean and Mean: There's never any spare labour at Alderson Consulting. Contractors are brought in and paid on a per project basis. This keeps overheads and cost of sales to a minimum. Consequently clients are assured of the best possible service at prices that are amongst the lowest for comparable companies.
Hungry: Always looking to expand both client base and range of services Nick will often procure software et-cetera and become expert in its use free of charge. If a client can't see what they want here they're encouraged to ask. Many times in the past a request for a particular service or
application has directly effected the solution. This is as it should be. Demand is the driving force of the industry.
Enterprise is what Alderson Consulting is about. It's a business and as such the intention is to make money. Charities et-cetera are offered discounts in the usual way. Nick Alderson will not undertake work or provide services FOC for any reason. Promises of further business after a project is
completed at a favourable rate to the client will be regarded with the suspicion they rightly deserve.
